Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most perfect condition. For every purchase worth Rs. 499 or above, we shall deliver your order at your doorstep with no charge. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 shall apply to every order under Rs. 499. Additionally, a small discount will be given on prepaid orders.

• If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost in route to your preferred destination, we'll refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
• In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won't be refunded. But, if you decide to self-ship the returns, you'll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy.

1. Can you tell us the shipping charges on Supersox products? Supersox offers free shipping, within India, on all orders worth Rs. 499 or above. Otherwise, a shipping charge of Rs. 99 shall apply to every order under Rs. 499.

2. How long does it take for an order to reach us? We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. After shipping, it can take anywhere between 2–7 business days for the order to be delivered, depending on your location. In rare cases, delays may occur due to inaccessibility of the delivery address.

3. Does Supersox deliver any product outside India? Supersox delivers only within India. While orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery address must be within India.
